Jifram Extrusions History

From our humble beginnings in 1981 to the state of the art facility of today, Jifram Plastic Extrusions is always, guided by a vision for the future. Jifram Extrusions, Inc. was established in June of 1981 by owner James R. Fischer, who had been working in the plastics field since the early 1960’s.

Jim and two partners established Jifram Extrusions, Inc. in a small 3,000 sq. ft. factory in Sheboygan Falls, WI. In 1985, Jim bought out the other investors, becoming the sole owner of the company and built a 12,500 sq. ft. plant. This facility doubled in size in 1988 and was expanded to a total of 50,000 sq. ft. in 1996.

Today, Jifram Extrusions, Inc. has 15 extrusion lines to meet all of our customers’ needs. Jifram Extrusions, Inc. has the capability of producing tooling in house which allows us to go from tooling to production more efficiently, quickly, and cost-effectively. For repeat customers, dies are stored and ready for the next run, ensuring that reruns are at your exact specifications and delivery lead time is kept to an absolute minimum.
